Verdict is: Those parts that has fats were to die for but otherwise because the piece of meat is so big, certain parts that didn't get the marinades didn't have much taste. If its something that I'd want to go with rice, Roasted Crispy Pork ("Siu Yuk") will still be my no.1 choice.
